Returns and Refunds Policy
At Munawwir (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we carefully inspect every item before it reaches you to ensure the highest quality.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase (based on tracking information provided by the common courier used to deliver your product) at admin@munawwir.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number.
- Clear images of the item showing the damage or defect.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Munawwir reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet specified criteria. Refunds will only cover the purchase price and not any associated fees, such as expedited shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise or agreed to by us in writing beforehand. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Sizing and Fit
We do not accept returns for items due to incorrect sizing or fit. To ensure you order the right size, please refer to our detailed size chart before making a purchase.
Exclusions
- Items without original packaging or tags will not qualify for a refund.
- We cannot accept returns after the 7-day return window has passed.
- We cannot accept returns for any items that, in Munawwir’s sole discretion, have been worn or otherwise damaged or altered following delivery.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Process
For returns to be approved, such returns must have been made in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy. Moreover, your product must arrive in substantially the same condition as depicted in the return photos you provided. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Generally, refunds will be issued in the same currency and method of payment as the original currency and method of payment. Any returns that are disapproved will incur a charge to your payment method for the return shipping costs incurred by us.
