At Munawwir, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience, including timely and reliable shipping. In general, please note that Munawwir reserves the right to change shipping rates and policies at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Options (U.S.)
We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days.
All shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped, usually, within 1-3 business day(s) of receiving order confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will usually be processed on the next business day. During peak shopping seasons or sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, we do not guarantee deliver timelines; external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-demand periods may occasionally affect timelines. Munawwir will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from shipping delays. If you experience any delays, please contact us at admin@munawwir.com for assistance.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event a package is undeliverable, we will contact you to discuss your options, including a potential reshipment of items ordered; provided, however, that additional shipping fees may apply. If a package is returned to Munawwir as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for reshipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to avoid undeliverable packages.
