Returns and Refunds Policy

At Munawwir ("we", "our", or "us"), we carefully inspect every item before it reaches you to ensure the highest quality.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase (based on tracking information provided by the common courier used to deliver your product) at munawwir.co@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear images of the item showing the damage or defect.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Sizing and Fit

We do not accept returns for items due to incorrect sizing or fit. To ensure you order the right size, please refer to our detailed size chart before making a purchase.

Exclusions

  • Items without original packaging or tags will not qualify for a refund.
  • We cannot accept returns after the 7-day return window has passed.
  • We cannot accept returns for any items that, in Munawwir's sole discretion, have been worn or otherwise damaged or altered following delivery.
  • Sale, clearance, or items purchased at conventions or other in person events cannot be returned. If you received free shipping on your order, and you’ve returned items causing the value of the original order to fall below your specific promotion you will be charged for the original shipping costs.

Refund Process

For returns to approved, such returns must have been made in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy. Moreover, your product must arrive in substantially the same condition as depicted in the return photos you provided. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
